This round medallion-like pendant has an outer border depicting the astrological symbols for the twelve zodiac signs. The symbols are smooth and polished and raised against a dark matte oxidized background.

At the center of the pendant is a cut-out five-pointed star which is encircled by a compass-like ring of 'arrowheads' that are radiating outward, one arrowhead for each of the 12 symbols.

The pendant is very slightly dome-shaped which gives it visual depth.
