It is easiest to slide on where the ear is thinner, I like to start on the ear lobe, and slide downinto place. It can be adjusted for a perfect fit and you should be able to then take it on/off without adjusting. It is very comfortable and stays put all day!

Theseear cuffs are made inheavy Gold plating over Brass, and is much more durable then standard costume gold plated jewelry. Ours is very heavy 2.5 micron gold plating. We recommend removing these when showering, swimming, etc and to avoid applying hair products, etc while wearing, and storing in the pouch we provide between wear.
