- Personalization 2 box: Enter border names, up to 4, in the order they are to appear. Separate names with a comma (Example: Jacob, Alexa, Kevin, Nicole)
- Personalization 3 box: Enter order birthstones, up to 4, in the order they are to appear to coincide with names. Separate birthstones with a comma (Example: August, February, December, July)
