A stunning carved citrine cameo pendant from the Art Deco (1920) era! This fantastic piece depicts a large, rectangular-shaped citrine stone which is surrounded by sparkling diamonds. The citrine, which is vibrant in color with hues of orange, yellow, and brown, is bezel set in a platinum setting. The intaglio face of the citrine bears the profile of a beautiful hand carved woman. An ornate diamond encrusted frame surrounds the citrine stone and an intricate diamond encrusted topper rests at the top of the piece. The diamonds, which are old Mine Cut stones, have a total weight of 1.25ctw, G color range, and clarity in VS1 range. The back of the pendant displays a beautiful wirework back and gallery that frames the citrine stone. The piece has a gorgeous feminine design and would make a wonderful addition to any collection!
Measurements: The pendant hangs approximately 1 1/2" long, is 7/8" at the widest point and has a depth of 1/4".
Condition: The overall condition of the pendant is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the platinum setting, or to the diamonds or citrine stone, all of which of intact.
